Ahead Federation Cup showdown: Enyimba train twice in Lagos
   
TWO-Time champions, Enyimba FC trained twice today at the Union Bank Sports Complex ahead of the 2013 Federation showdown with Warri Wolves.
The People’s Elephants landed in Lagos yesterday (Thursday) from Kano after their Globacom Premier League Week 31 stalemated game at the Sani Abacha Stadium which was 1-0 in favour of Kano Pillars with three minutes remaining.
Enyimba, who won the Federation Cup in 2005 and 2009 first trained in the morning before having a light training in the evening at Union Bank turf ahead of the 68th Federation Cup final billed for Sunday at the Teslim Balogun stadium, Lagos.
Already, four of their players Bishop Onyeudo, Daniel Etor, Emeka Nwanna and Victor Ezeji will miss the final as the quartet are cup-tied having played for different clubs in the competition this year before they pitched tent with the Aba side.
The women version of the Federation cup will precede the Enyimba/Wolves on Sunday as title holders Rivers Angels battle with Nasarawa Amazons in a winner takes all affair.
The women's Federation Cup which began in 1991 was won by Rivers Angels.
